Inspiring Change

Inspiring Change is a programme of learning, engagement and active involvement. It is designed to inspire young Wirral residents to engage with the voluntary, community and faith sector (also known as the “third sector”) to create a desire to work within the sector to effect change. The longer term aim is to encourage young people to stay and work in Wirral or return to Wirral after college/university

We are currently recruiting our next cohort of learners for the Inspiring Change programme so if you work with young people or are a young person yourself (16-19) and would like to access the course, contact Sarah Phillips on 0151 653 7111 or sp@inclusiveaccess.co.uk, or fill in our Contact Form and we will get in touch.

The students worked with community groups across Wirral, developed film-making skills, attended taught sessions, and achieved an accredited Community Development unit. Our Celebration event took place on 29th November with the Mayor and local representatives of the third sector to hear the presentations from the students and award them with their certificates. For more info on the course, contact Sarah Phillips, sp@inclusiveaccess.co.uk..
