Self Esteem & Confidence Building Courses for Carers

Working with Oldham Carers Centre, the Link Centre, and Oldham CCG, Inclusive Access has free courses for carers to help build confidence and self esteem.

The programme aims to support you to meet people, recognise your skills and plan ahead for your life to fit around caring responsibilities.  Also it will help you create a support network and find out about local opportunities.

Starting on Tuesday 28th January 2014, the first topic is "A New Year & A New You: Take good care of yourself"
